Potthast Bros two drawer American Federal style stand. This wonderful stand was made by the Potthast Brothers in Baltimore MD in 1930. This bed stand or work table was made from fine mahogany with hand cut wide dovetailed drawers. Signed on the inside drawer.Retains its original finish This fine piece of American bench made furniture measures 29 and one half inches high,18 inches wide by 16 deep out side the its four cookie corners. Inside the corners measures 13 and three quarter inches deep by 15 and one half inches wide.Purchasing Potthast furniture is one of the best investments one could make at this time. The prices for extremely high quality exact reproductions of 18th century American furniture is going up and up all the time and Potthast was one of the top makers and is heavily collected.

Antique Diminutive Mahogany Corner Cupboard. "diminutive furniture" This antique corner cupboard measures 47 and one half inches overall to the top of the finial. 19 inches wide across the front, the sides are 13 and one half inches each and 10 and one half inches deep. Interior space is 8 and one half inches deep by 15 inches wide. Consists of 4 shelves including the bottom. Solid wood back, solid mahogany, individual, divided light windows. Has turned finials. circa 1820 to 1830

Antique American Empire Sideboard c1835 to1850. This important American Federal furniture sideboard has its original finish and banded inlay all around the drawer front.This piece as lovely book matched mahogany veneer door panels and exquisitely carved claw feet and side columns.Measures 50 and three quarters inches to the top of the surface. 59 and one half inches high to the top of the back splash left and right columns and 56 inches to the center of the backsplash back board itself. 22 inches deep and 53 and three quarters inches wide . 1 drawer measures 10 inches high and the fake drawer is 3 inches high. doors measure 21 inches high 14 inches wide and 17 and one half inches deep and 21 and one half inches high ( compartments ) The drawer pulls are period Sandwich glass.

Antique pair of Eastlake Victorian walnut bookcases c1875. This is a true matched pair of period antique American Victorian Eastlake walnut three door bookcases. Both bookcases retain their original finish and wood shelves. Each original shelf has a walnut strip on its front to add to its decorative appeal. The finish on each bookcase could be rubbed out and waxed to a wonderful warm glow. They just came to us from an Boston estate. These two bookcases also retain their original blown clear glass. These two matching bookcases each measure 72 inches wide by 82 inches high with two side compartments that will hold 10 inch books and a center compartment that will hold 12 and one half inch books. The also each have three drawer under their three doors.

Salterini wrought iron lounge chair. This "Salterini lounge chair" retains its original finish. Cushions do need to be made for it because they were too worn. This Salterini outside garden patio lounge chair could also look great inside a house as well. This piece was all hand made by Salterini who was from Italy and became one of the best wrought iron furniture makers. This piece was purchased in the 1950's. The back can be adjusted to many different positions for more comfort. Measures 68 inches long and 34 inches wide outside the widest part of the arms.
