English Welsh two part chest on frame c1775 Item # 4654 English furniture. Country Welsh two part chest on frame c1775. A country Welsh two part chest on lower stand c1775. The top section has six beautiful dovetailed drawers and the lower section has three more had cut dovetailed drawers and a shaped skirt with front simple cabriole legs terminating in slipper feet. The top board has minor repairs. The overall condition is very good with excellent color and patina. The banding inlay is satin wood. Made from oak, ebony and mahogany. English Secretary Desk mahogany c1790 Item # 4656 Period antique English drop front Secretary Desk in mahogany c1790. This wonderful two part "English Chippendale desk" has a full interior with multiple drawers, candle sides, and an upper compartmented interior. The upper doors are inset with beveled glass mirror. The top crest has a lovely well executed dental molding. Measures 6 feet 8 and three quarters inches high,38 inches wide and 21 inches deep.The patina is an old deep rich color. Chinese Elmwood kitchen cabinet cracked Ice pattern Item # 4658 Antique Chinese Elm wood kitchen cabinet cracked Ice pattern c1800. This beautiful Chinese cupboard was used for storage in the kitchen. This Chinese storage cupboard is unusual with its cracked ice pattern elm wood doors. The base tapers up toward the top. Measures 42 and one half inches wide by 71 and one half inches tall by 21 inches deep. The top two shelves are each 9 and one half inches high and 19 inches deep. The bottom two shelves are 15 and 10 inches high and 19 inches deep. The bottom two doors each measures 16 inches wide by 8 and three quarter inches high.Some minor old repairs but this piece is in excellent condition. Ecclesiastical Italian Gothic Chair walnut c1600 Item # 4663 Ecclesiastical Italian Gothic Chair walnut c1600. This superb Gothic walnut chair was used by church dignitaries. The walnut is just delicious. Only walnut that is over 400 years old has this deep rich color. The chair has had some repairs over they years which is to be expected from 17th century furniture. Measures 19 inches to the top of its seat, 23 inches wide, 51 inches to the top of the back. Fine carving detail depicting lions head arms and wooden pin construction. Chinese 18thc Kang Cupboard Item # 4668 Chinese 18thc Kang Cupboard. This is a handsome example of a Classic Kang Cupboard with simple square construction. Contains five slim drawers above a small two door cupboard. Finely carved decorative fringe depicting the three friends lies between both legs. Measures 62 inches long by 14 and three quarter inches deep and 20 inches high. We have provided a copy of the original receipt when it was purchase in China 18 years ago.
