Windsor chair by Marble Shattuck Chair Co.The Windsor arm chair was hand made by the "Marble and Shattuck Chair Company" Cleveland Ohio. The chair is made from solid mahogany. This bench made chair measure 17 and one quarter inches to the top of its seat,36 inches to the top of the back bow,13 and one half inches deep,19 inches wide at the inside of the very front. The chair is in very good condition with one old repair to one of the bottom stretchers.

Antique French Tete a Tete upholstered gold leaf. This "Tete a Tete" dates from the late 19th century and is French. Tete a Tetes were also called gossip sofas. Measures 51 inches wide, 28 inches high, 40 inches deep overall and 24 inches to the top of its seat. Mint condition with original gold leaf.
Antique Georgian style pad foot card table in mahogany circa 1880. This centennial period Georgian card table is made from solid mahogany and has a knuckle arm swing leg. It measures 30 inches high, 23 and one half inches wide, 23 inches deep when open, and 11 and one half inches deep when closed. This just a darling little table and it retains its original finish. This diminutive size is not easily found. Nice for a small foyer.

Sypher furniture Company. This RARE museum quality American furniture Chippendale styple drop front mahogany secretary was made by the "Sypher Furniture Company" in New York c1870. Sypher made exactly copies of period 18th century furniture for the rich and famous at that time. See Americans and the Aesthetic Movement Metropolitan Museum of Art exhibition catalog Oct 1986 to 1887 page 116 for information on the company. The Sypher store was established in 1867. The Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York has two examples of Sypher furniture in its permanent collection of American furniture. Excellent condition including its original finish and label. Measures 96 and one half inches tall,40 and one half inches wide,21 and one half inches deep,29 and one half inches to the writing surface when open,12 inches deep at top. The lid measures 36 inches outside,35 and one half inches inside. The writing surface is 21 inches deep when open total which is 12 and one half for the lid and 8 and one half inches for the flat are inside the desk.This is with out a doubt the best reproduction furniture piece we have handled. This secretary if period would sell for well over a million dollars. We are extremely proud to be the ones chosen to offer this piece for sale
